On Friday, June 22, at 5:00 p.m., the University of Burgos will host a day of disclosure on the Internet of Things (IoT), aimed at members of traditional SMEs who wish to incorporate these technologies into their production processes. This day is part of the dissemination course "Approach to the Internet of Things", which sponsors nine talks in different parts of the community of Castilla y León. The event will begin with a presentation by Javier Prieto, Head of the Technical Advisory Board of IoT DIH, and a round table on IoT technologies, and the following speakers:

Approach the Internet of Things

The dissemination course "Approach the Internet of Things" sponsors nine talks in different parts of the community of Castilla y León. This series of events are framed within the project Interreg PocTep IOTEC "Development of Technological Capacities around the Industrial Application of the Internet of Things", which has been funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) within the framework of the Interreg program VA Spain-Portugal 2014-2020 (PocTep).

They are also sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and the IoT Digital Innovation Hub, headed by Professor Juan Manuel Corchado Rodríguez. Both entities intend to promote training in IoT technologies through the participation of leading entities in the use of these techniques. The aim is to boost the production and control processes in industrial solutions for SMEs through the application of IoT technologies.
