Spanish engineers create the first Blockchain-enabled motorcycle
Spanish engineers have designed the first electric motorcycle that is powered by Blockchain. Gatto G1 is a MaxiScooter that can reach a maximum speed of 300km/h and can get from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds. It not only incorporates novel technology but also has a sporty and attractive design.
The engineers José Campillo and José Soriano, have decided to incorporate blockchain in the motorcycle to so that it keeps an unalterable and reliable register of its manufacture, changes, mileage, revisions or damages.
This new technology will be of great help for websites selling vehicles, since potential buyers will be able to corroborate that the motorcycle is in good condition even if they cannot see it in person. The Gatto G1 also has a USB port for mobile phones, an LCD screen on which the user can view their route and a safe and fast charging system.
This is a real breakthrough that will be unveiled by its creators on February 20th in the city of Valencia, Spain.
