Convene the granting of subsidies, designed to finance entrepreneurial projects promoted by entrepreneurs within the territorial scope of the Community of Castile and Leon, in order to promote the creation of companies, as well as the creation of jobs for others and / or self-employment linked to it, and specific provisions that regulate it in a non-competitive competition regime, co-financed with the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
